When can I expect my order?
To keep prices as low as possible for our customers, Boho Ibiza Club ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer than you're used to.
It usually takes 1–2 business days to process your order. The average shipping time is 4–6 business days within the EU (including Germany and Austria).
The expected delivery time has passed – where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occur.

Don't worry — the remaining items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
