Return and Refund Policy
Returns – Within 30 Days
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.

Returned items must not show any signs of use.
⚠️ Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always ensure your return is sent with a track & trace code. We do not refund lost returns without proof of shipment. Returns sent without track & trace are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email. Within a few working days after processing, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this brief window, your order enters our processing system and cannot be cancelled.

All returns are made at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
